Martin Petrov will be out of action for at least two weeks after picking up a knee injury during the international break. Petrov was training with his national team when he picked up the injury and was forced to return to the Carrington training grounds to undergo treatment. The 30-year-old midfielder has been in good form for City recently and has three goals against his name this season. He was also voted the fans’ player of the year for the month of October but he has not been able to cement his place in the First XI.
